yumm

so i made a quick and easy and cheap dinner last night...



i saw this recipe for eggs in purgatory yesterday and surprisingly enough had most of the ingredients at home in the fridge.

it's super easy... heat up some thick tomato sauce.. pour it in the bottom of a baking dish... crack a couple of eggs on top... bake it for 12 minutes... saute some spinach.. put everything on top of some thick italian garlic toast and sprinkle with parm.

yumm.





since zucchini is in season i stopped by the farmer's market and whipped up a batch of paula deen's zucchini bread. it's soooooo sugary... it was described as a cake wrapped in a cookie by one taster.

again... yumm.
